Tofu and Vegetable Stir-Fry


250gm Earth Source Firm Tofu
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
3 Carrots
100gm Snow Peas
2 Broccoli heads chopped
1 Brown Onion chopped
3 tablespoons Spiral Tamari
Handful chopped spring onions


  1. Cube the tofu and marinade in Tamari for half an hour.
  2. Heat olive oil and lightly brown onions until transparent.
  3. Add remaining vegetables and stir fry.
  4. Add tofu and marinade and cook for a further 3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with spring onions.
  6. Serve over brown rice or noodles.
